レインズ拡張(不動産検索RAINS Extended) is a Chrome add-on developed by rya. It aims to make the RAINS real estate search system more user-friendly and convenient for real estate agents. With the current RAINS system being difficult to navigate and causing a significant decrease in work efficiency, this extension was created to address these issues.
Upon installation and accessing the RAINS website, the extension provides a button that allows users to view the location of a property on Google Maps with just one click. This feature simplifies the process of finding the exact location of a property and enhances the overall user experience.
The developer also has plans to introduce additional features in future updates. These include a button to check all drawings, the ability to quickly search for property management companies on Google, and larger checkboxes for easier selection.
